The view. The shades to keep light out in the morning. The bathroom. The shuttle. Especially the shuttle! The pool and gym area. I didn’t have time to actually get in or try the gym out. But I did go take a look. And definitely want to go back and try it out when I have more time. The view from that area is also beautiful!

I liked the friendliness of staff and how clean it was. I disliked the fact that there was only 1 bathrobe in the room an 3 towels for 4 people. This seems like it should not have happened with this class of hotel. Also to me the bed was a little to firm for me but it was not a giant deal

Excellent location for shopping and entertainment. Very nice lobby and public area. Rooms are nice size. The staff was excellent and doing a great job of handling a power outage which was in progress when I arrived.

The front desk staff was excellent. Perfect walk-friendly location for shopping at the Galleria.

The valet was amazing Luis and David did an excellent job taking cane of us! The front desk always went above and beyond for any of our needs!
